Job Description
- Base Performance Ads Set up: Set up and optimize base performance ads across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels
- Develop effective ad strategies and campaigns to drive leads and conversions for our retail health care and franchise apps
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential customers for our apps
- Utilize various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and campaign performance
- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to gain insights into user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and overall digital performance
- Identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance
- Optimization and Conversion Rate Enhancement: Continuously optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys to improve conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive higher conversions
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the digital advertising budget allocated to performance ads
- Optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achievepre defined performance targets
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to align digital performance strategies with overall business goals
- Prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant
- channels
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, e.g.,) to extract insights and track campaign performance
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience (UX) optimization
- Strong project management
