Job Description
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify and prioritize technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Setting up and configuring MacBook and Windows laptops, as well as apps and software.
- Creating and managing user accounts in Microsoft 365, and other similar platforms.
- Providing prompt technical support and troubleshooting to users across all branches.
- Managing network infrastructure, including monitoring network performance, identifying, and resolving network issues, ensuring network security, and managing devices such as routers, Servers, WiFi systems, printers, PC, and other related devices.
- Other tasks assigned by IT Manager.
Requirements
- College / University in IT, Computer Science
- Having 2-3 years of experience at the same position
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
