Job Description

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize business intelligence (BI) tools and analytics platforms to analyze data related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and sales performance
  • Extract meaningful insights from data sets to drive marketing strategies and decision-making
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards using BI tools such as Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics platforms
  • Create customized reports and visualizations that provide clear and actionable information to stakeholders
  • Tracking Setup and Monitoring: Collaborate with the IT and development teams to set up and monitor tracking mechanisms for marketing campaigns, website performance, and user behavior
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data collection to support data-driven decision making
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs regularly to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
  • Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize data analysis techniques to segment customers based on various attributes such as demographics, behavior, and purchasing patterns
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies and personalized messaging for different customer segments
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
  • Analyze market data to support the development of marketing strategies and positioning of thuocsi.vn’s products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in using BI tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in setting up tracking mechanisms, tagging, and data collection for digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media…
