Job Description
- Lead the Compensation and Benefits team and plans across all entities. Able to develop broad guiding principles and still align with proper practices where appropriate.
- Plan, designed, and evaluated competitive C&B structures of the abovementioned entities, policies, programs, and processes for country-specific C&B topics, such as salary structure, incentives, and employee benefits such as share option plans, and insurance schemes
- Guide HR and key stakeholders, using good analysis and evaluations. Act as an Expert consultant during discussions when required by stakeholders
- Partner with HR leaders and the CEO on rewards strategies for key talent, localization, international / intra-regional transfers, or onsite projects
- Drive and coordinate the change effort in the area of compensation and benefits
- Comprehensive analysis of Compensation & Benefits benchmarking needs for each
- Develop effective communications for rewards initiatives and design appropriate schemes at different regions and hierarchy
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment with global initiatives. Key upcoming projects will be global job grade implementation and ‘Success Factors’ systems implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments including legal, and finance in the countries and the region
- Implement social, health and unemployment insurance contributions as per law. Keep updated of the total cost every month with Social Insurance Department
- Ensuring the master file database is always up to date
- Coach and guide executives and specialists to grow within their department
- Oversee labor procedures related to the labor contract, contract renewal and termination
- Owns payroll process and ensures that payroll runs smoothly every month
- Ensure tax declaration and submission are cleared monthly/yearly
- Present labor reports to relevant departments monthly/yearly
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years experience in leading complex international compensation & benefits projects in industry environment and in management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading projects in the field of reward management, benchmarks, job design, job grading, job classification, performance management, etc.
- Confident and convincing at a management level, and at the same time sensitive towards business needs
- Strong management through collaboration and negotiation and the ability to influence and advise in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with significant experience in gathering and filtering data to perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficient use of Advanced Excel and other latest data analytics tools
- Strong written and oral communication and interaction skills are required.
- Experience with payroll systems implementation is advantageous
