Job Description
As a Social Media Manager for Thuocsi.vn, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately, generate revenue.
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all social media campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and objectives of the brand.
- Manage and oversee the social media accounts of the brand on different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate content for social media that is engaging, relevant, and on-brand.
- Monitor social media accounts to respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing, and identify opportunities to improve the brand’s social media presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
