Account Specialist

As an Account Specialist, your key objectives are managing and growing the coverage and quality of the Suppliers’ network. You take care of a large portfolio of emerging high-growth suppliers and assist in partnership-related functions. 

Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with brands, and act as the link between brands and our eB2B marketplace. 
  • Manage accounts team to work with different tiers of suppliers in the assigned category. 
  • Conduct market research and invest in the relationship to have a deep understanding of the assigned category 
  • Ensure varieties as one of our most important competitive advantages. 
  • Act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their accounts 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit 
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Microsoft Office  
  • 2+ years’ experience working in Account Management, Business Development, e-commerce, or relevant industries  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Strong relationship development and management skills 
  •  Strategic mindset; have a point of view and direction on where to take the business and the ability to drive and execute a long-term business plan
